I’m excited to announce that Kuno Creative has transferred 100% ownership of the company to our employees via an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
An ESOP is an employee benefit program that gives employees an ownership interest in a company. It’s just one more employee benefit I’m proud to offer our employees.
At Kuno, we work hard, always strategically thinking about how we can help our clients create impactful results. Our employees are valued for their expertise and we promote having a great work-life balance that includes, minimum to zero email or phone communications outside of regular working hours, remote working, and half-day Fridays as a few examples.
This ESOP program doesn't affect day-to-day work with our clients, but they will experience benefits. In fact, it should make our employees more invested in their work because they’re now a part of the client’s and agency’s success.
