OK – time’s up. Each was an element of a multi-channel campaign that resulted in a dental manufacturer exceeding its 2012 digital marketing goals in a single month.

Axis|SybronEndo, a dental manufacturer based in Orange County, CA, was scheduled to launch a new product, TFTM Adaptive, during the first quarter of 2013. TF Adaptive is an instrument that helps clinicians perform faster and more accurate root canal procedures. The product was scheduled to be revealed to dental professionals for the first time during the 2013 Chicago Midwinter Dental Conference.

In preparation for the unveiling of this new endodontic product, Kuno Creative worked closely with the Digital Marketing team at Axis|SybronEndo to strategize and execute a multi-channel demand generation and lead nurturing campaign. During the first month of the TFTM Adaptive campaign, primary sales and marketing KPIs increased dramatically compared to previous months. Here are the initial results of the campaign:

  • Website Traffic: +42%
  • Raw Leads: +508%
  • Marketing Qualified Leads: +283%
  • Sales Qualified Leads: +631%
  • New Demonstration Requests: 421
  • New Customers: 55
