Terminal Ready-Mix acquired three concrete plants, significantly expanding their service area. Company stakeholders knew they needed to inform customers and potential customers of the expansion and were able to provide concrete to a larger service area. In addition, it was important to have a cohesive message and to redesign their logo and website to help distinguish them from the competition.
