When Big Bolt first came to Kuno, their digital presence was in need of a spark. Their messaging and look lacked cohesiveness, and as a result, their website was bringing in very few conversions.
Helping them stand out from the competition was a multi-layered process. Through buyer persona interviews, we came up with powerful yet humorous messaging that communicated Big Bolt’s three pillars: quality, expertise and speed.
From a visual standpoint, we leveraged simple, yet bold imagery and icons — even developing some of our own illustrations for the website. While making Big Bolt’s products pop, the brand’s new look underscored the company’s straightforward approach and ease of ordering.
