Your Indispensable Guide to HubSpot Integrations

HS Integrations copy.pngYou know another great thing about HubSpot? It plays nice with other platforms. It understands that joining forces with other solutions enables it to provide an even better customer experience.

(If only every software felt the same way.)

As part of its plan to make the lives of sales and marketing professionals easier, HubSpot offers its customers the ability to integrate their HubSpot software with myriad solutions. These integrations fall into one of two categories:

  1. Those built and supported by HubSpot
  2. Those built and supported externally by HubSpot Connect partners

Solutions in the latter group have been certified for quality by the HubSpot team and are offered by providers who share HubSpot’s inbound philosophy and who have customers who already are using HubSpot.

While there are several dozen platforms that integrate with HubSpot, we’re going to share insights on how the eight primary HubSpot integrations can improve your sales and marketing.

Eventbrite

What Is Eventbrite?

Eventbrite is a self-service ticketing and event management solution that helps event coordinators organize and promote events (such as festivals, conferences and shows) as well as sell tickets to their events.

How Can the Eventbrite Integration Improve My Sales and Marketing?

By integrating Eventbrite with HubSpot, brands have the power to promote their events via marketing email and social media posts and collect registration and attendance data. Event organizers can more easily capture leads before the event and strengthen customer relationships afterward. Plus, the Eventbrite HubSpot integration gives brands the ability to connect their online and offline marketing efforts.

Google Calendar

What Is Google Calendar?

Google Calendar is Google’s free online calendar.

How Can the Google Calendar Integration Improve My Sales and Marketing?

The Google Calendar HubSpot integration lets you synchronize meetings and calls with contacts between your Google account and your HubSpot CRM.

Rather than having to log into your Google Calendar account, create an event, invite attendees and then go back and log the meeting in your HubSpot CRM, this integration allows you to do all three in one fell swoop, all from HubSpot. In addition, if you invite someone who already is a contact in your database, the event will appear on their timeline within the Contact Records tool (screenshot below).

GoToWebinar

What Is GoToWebinar?

GoToWebinar is an online conferencing and webinar service provided by Citrix.

How Can the GoToWebinar Integration Improve My Sales and Marketing?

With the GoToWebinar HubSpot integration, you can build registration landing pages optimized for conversion, send reminder and follow-up emails and track registration and attendance data. This information lets the sales team better qualify leads, allowing reps to focus their efforts on leads who attended the webinar and dedicate less time to following up on leads who registered but didn’t actually dial in.

Available for: HubSpot Marketing (Subscription Levels: Basic, Pro, Enterprise)

SalesforceIQ

SalesforceIQ-HubSpot-Integration

What Is SalesforceIQ?

SalesforceIQ is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform.

How Can the SalesforceIQ Integration Improve My Sales and Marketing?

Linking SalesforceIQ and HubSpot allows you to automatically add new leads from HubSpot into the SalesforceIQ database. This gives your sales team easy access to critical lead intelligence data from HubSpot (such as lead source and lead score), empowering them to gain better insight into lead quality. At the same time, the integration provides the marketing team with valuable insight into lead activity, which leads to more robust lead nurturing campaigns.

Available for: HubSpot Marketing (Subscription Levels: Pro, Enterprise); HubSpot Sales (Subscription Levels: Professional)

SurveyMonkey

SurveyMonkey-HubSpot-Integration

What Is SurveyMonkey?

SurveyMonkey is an online survey and questionnaire platform that allows brands to collect and analyze data about their audience.

How Can the SurveyMonkey Integration Improve My Sales and Marketing?

While SurveyMonkey offers data analysis tools, the HubSpot integration lets you do even more with the information you collect. By connecting SurveyMonkey and HubSpot, you can see which surveys a contact has completed and their specific answers to survey questions. With this information, the sales team can update an individual contact’s lead score and segment the database—both of which are integral to lead nurturing.

IMPORTANT: Some of these features require higher-tier SurveyMonkey plans such as Monthly Select, Annual Select, Gold or Platinum.

Available for: HubSpot Marketing (Subscription Levels: Basic, Pro, Enterprise)

UberConference

UberConference-HubSpot-Integration

What Is UberConference?

UberConference is a cloud-based audio conferencing system.

How Can the UberConference Integration Improve My Sales and Marketing?

Similar to the Google Calendar integration, the UberConference HubSpot integration eliminates the requirement of using multiple platforms to schedule and track conferences with HubSpot contacts since UberConference meetings can be created directly in the HubSpot CRM.

Any UberConference scheduled with an existing contact in your database is automatically logged in the HubSpot CRM, even if the meeting was created directly in UberConference.

Available for: HubSpot Sales (Subscription Levels: Free, Professional)

WordPress

WordPress-HubSpot-Integration

What Is WordPress?

WordPress is an online platform for creating and publishing blogs and websites.

How Can the WordPress Integration Improve My Sales and Marketing?

By adding the HubSpot tracking script to your WordPress blog or website, the data you collect about visitor traffic and user interactions is automatically imported into HubSpot. This gives you better visibility into your marketing efforts and allows you to make data-driven decisions about how to optimize your site. Plus, you can use HubSpot’s form tool to capture leads on your WordPress site and then use HubSpot’s sales and marketing capabilities to take action directly from the HubSpot portal.

Available for: All HubSpot Customers

Zapier

Zapier-HubSpot-Integration

What Is Zapier?

Zapier is an automation app that allows you to connect all of your web services together and access them via a single interface.

How Can the Zapier Integration Improve My Sales and Marketing?

Zapier breaks down silos between HubSpot and the other business apps you use. With Zapier, you can create “Zaps,” which automatically transfer information from HubSpot to other software and vice versa, as well as create actions based on the triggers you create. For example, you can create a Zap that adds new Shopify customers to HubSpot as contacts.

Available for: HubSpot Marketing (Subscription Levels: Basic, Pro, Enterprise)

Two quick notes: As of July 20, 2017, Wistia is no longer supported by HubSpot. You can read more about it here. Also, there are two HubSpot Google Chrome plugins—HubSpot Social and HubSpot Sales—which are included in the list of HubSpot integrations, but because they aren’t true integrations, they aren’t discussed above. However, feel free to check them out!

HubSpot integrations are a great way for you to make the most of your investment. Not only can these integrations increase the impact of your marketing and improve your lead management, but they also can make the members of your sales and marketing teams happier. And who doesn’t love that?
