DENT Instruments is a specialty manufacturer of electronic metering and measurement equipment. Their meters are widely used in the industry and they have a reputation for quality and dependability. The only issue was that they had an outdated website with a disjointed user experience that did not align with their reputable brand. They knew they needed a new website, so they reached out to Kuno for help. After beginning the project, Kuno was able to recognize that their was another big problem with their website that they had yet to identify. Their products were difficult to navigate through from a user’s perspective, so Kuno recommended that DENT add a Shopify section to their HubSpot website. DENT was reluctant at first because they had never sold direct to consumers via an ecommerce platform and they weren’t sure they wanted to open up their pricing to their customers and competitors. Kuno was able to offer a solution that allowed DENT to not only use Shopify to make their products easy to search and filter, but to also show varied pricing only to logged in users that they permitted.

Sun Health at Home is a service that helps seniors to ‘age in place’ as an alternative to moving to a continuing care retirement community (CCRC). In addition to strategy and content creation, Kuno is responsible for building, launching, and reporting on campaigns in HubSpot. Recently, Sun Health has also requested that Kuno help with demand generation efforts.

Client is a leading medical device company that makes and distributes biomedical flow measurement products for clinicians, researchers and specialty solution developers. Since partnering with Kuno in 2015, the client has expanded its marketing and sales engine to include inbound marketing, content marketing, digital advertising and marketing automation. In addition, Kuno is responsible for building, launching and reporting on Demand Generation campaigns.
