The company originally contacted Kuno for just a website redesign, but when a Kuno team member proposed creating an explainer video in addition to the site refresh, BasicSafe loved the idea.The process started with the brand journalist drafting a script using details from the client’s buyer personas. Next, the multimedia producer created a storyboard based on the script and the client’s branding. After that, the graphics team designed the visuals. Finally, the multimedia producer put everything together with music and a voiceover, and voilà—a stunning explainer video was created. The best part? Since the client loves penguins, our multimedia producer used penguins as the main characters in the video.

Continental Office provided its updated corporate guidelines containing a new logo, fonts and color palettes, all of which needed to be incorporated into the new site.The Kuno team rose to the occasion and produced a rebranded, dynamic site that is responsive and designed to effectively capture leads.

DATA Group (recently rebranded as DATA Communications Management) is a provider of commercial data management, content management and communications management solutions.
The company had never had a marketing department, so when they approached Kuno, the idea of content marketing was very new to them. The Kuno team was tasked with creating a content piece that would 1) appeal to their target audience, 2) be general enough to serve as a call-to-action for several blog posts, and 3) help explain the services that DATA provides. Kuno designed the “10 Steps to Squeezing More Out of Your Marketing Budget” SlideShare, which offers tips for marketers that point to DATA’s main capabilities.
Within an hour of uploading the presentation to LinkedIn SlideShare—even before promoting it on a blog or adding it to the website—the piece recorded 300 views! To date, it has had more than 700 views.

eG Innovations provides performance management solutions that automate the discovery, diagnosis and resolution of service issues in virtual, cloud and physical service infrastructures.eG Innovations contacted Kuno to help establish and optimize their inbound marketing efforts. Their main goals were to improve their lead scoring and attract better marketing qualified leads (MQLs). To accomplish these objectives, the Kuno team created a comprehensive lead scoring algorithm, enhanced HubSpot forms and a series of lead notification workflows for alerting the sales team of new MQLs.

IMARC is a clinical monitoring and medical device contract research organization (CRO) company.
The Kuno team was recently tasked with recycling existing content into an infographic. One of the challenges was IMARC’s strict guidelines for imagery. Additionally, the original copy was quite detailed and not structured in such a way that is easily reused for an infographic.The account manager, graphic designer and brand journalist worked together to revamp the copy to better fit the infographic style, design a visually appealing piece which stayed within the client’s requirements and write a blog post to help promote the content.

Language Translation, Inc. has been providing document translation, on-site interpreting and telephone interpreting services for 26 years.Late last year, they asked Kuno to revamp their outdated website with a more modern design and consolidated site pages. The content, design and development teams worked together to build a contemporary, streamlined site, which now provides an improved user experience. They were also able to give the site a little bit of flair with responsive, mobile-friendly on-screen animations.
