NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN OUR SWEEPSTAKES AND CONTESTS. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Sweepstakes and Contests (the "Sweepstakes and Contests") are open to all legal U.S. residents, who are at least 18 years of age. In some cases you are required to be either a Facebook Fan or Twitter follower of Kuno Creative and its entities. The Sweepstakes and Contests are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation.
How to enter: Individual Sweepstakes and Contests have their own rules and methods for entry.
Sweepstakes and Contests Entities are not responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late, misdirected entries. Incomplete entries, or those containing incorrect information, will be voided. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sweepstakes and Contests entities reserve the right to disqualify any person or address suspected of submitting multiple or fraudulent entries or of tampering with the entry process. All entries become the property of the Sweepstakes and Contests Entities and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute as to Online Entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail or social media account, subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an account by an Internet access provider, social media site, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Once submitted, an Online Entry cannot be deleted, canceled or modified. Each properly completed and received entry form will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes and Contests drawing. Regardless of method of entry, only one (1) entry per individual/household regardless of method of entry is permitted.
Promotion: Eligible individuals who have submitted the Sweepstakes and Contests entry form or other specified entry method are automatically entered to win. A random weekly drawing will select the winner of this contest. Promotion winner will be posted on Twitter and/or Facebook Fan Page and notified email or direct message (Twitter). By entering this promotion, we reserve the right to publish your name as a winner on our social media sites and website. The prize will be shipped directly to the winner within 14 days of winning. Kuno Creative is not responsible for the conditions of shipment or damage that may occur during shipping. Kuno Creative may offer additional ways to win prizes through Sweepstakes and Contests Period.
Promotion Conditions: The promotion prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Substitutions are not allowed. Promotion prize has no cash value. No refunds will be issued toward promotion. Standard Terms and Conditions and other restrictions may apply.
Terms & Conditions: This Sweepstakes and Contests are subject to any and all applicable federal, Ohio, and local laws. By entering the Sweepstakes and Contests, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injuries to any person (including death) or property of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of the prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of the prize. Entrants further acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that Sponsor determines violates these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
Drawing and Notification: Winners will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing by Kuno Creative ("the Administrator"), whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Prize winners will be contacted by email or direct message and will receive a USPS mail package of prize confirmation.
